i have been a customer of hometown insurance agency for over 10 years and i have always been very satisfied with their service. they are always quick to respond to my questions and they have always been there for me when i need them. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company.
i would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. i have had nothing but trouble with them since i started my policy. i have been overcharged, my claims have been denied, and i have been treated very poorly by the customer service department. i am currently in the process of switching to another insurance company.
