this agency is by far the worst insurance agency i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. they are extremely slow to process claims, and their customer service is terrible. i have been waiting for a claim to be processed for over a month now, and i have yet to receive any updates. i have called and emailed them multiple times, but i have not received a response. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
