on 6/23/20 i had a policy written by [redacted] in which i was told i would receive my homeowners policy that day and was told to pay the amount of 773.00. i paid the amount requested. i did not receive anything in the mail so i called to check status on 7/2/20 [redacted] stated that she had not gotten around to sending them out and that she would send them out that day. it is now 7/10/20. i have not received my policy in the mail. i called again today to check the status and [redacted] stated that she showed it was mailed out on 6/23/2020 and that she could not give me a tracking number for it. she stated that she had not received the policy back and if i did not receive it within the next couple of days to call back and she would send out another one. i have never dealt with this amount of unprofessionalism from any company before.
