they say they're "new to better", i would argue that they aren't "new" at all. i have been a member for 6 years and the only thing that i have seen is a constant increase in my coverage cost and decrease in coverage. this year, i had my worst experience ever. i contacted customer service and i received the worst customer service i have ever had in my life. i ended up switching my coverage to another agency. i am so glad that i am no longer a member of this trash insurance company.
