fast, professional and friendly service with accurate and detailed responses. they answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote in a very timely manner. i was able to get all my questions answered before making a decision and i am very happy with the service i received.
dealing with this company has been a nightmare. they have been holding our closing money for this recent house we purchased for two weeks now. in every phone call we have had with them, we are given the runaround and they are never able to get back to us with updates. when we call and request for a supervisor we are either put on hold for longer than 45 minutes and end up hanging up, or we leave a message requesting a call back and never receive one. we are very frustrated with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
