initially, i had to give one star because i had to wait for what seemed like 20 minutes before i was helped. however, when it was my turn, carlos ayala immediately came to assist me and helped me with getting my auto insurance within 10 minutes. he was friendly and fast, and i was no longer upset about the wait.
