we switched to grous insurance a couple years ago when we refinanced our mortgage and had our homeowners insurance escrow account frozen and they have been great! for the first time in 25 years of homeownership, I actually understand my homeowners insurance coverage and what I am paying for. their customer service is great and my rates are competitive. we recently purchased an additional home and grous was able to get us a great policy for that as well. highly recommend.
staff at this agency are extremely helpful, professional and they know their business. they have been my insurance providers for years and I have always been very happy with their service and competitive rates. I particularly like the fact that thay have been able to offer me what I consider to be very fair and competitive policies at a time when the cost of insurance is continually increasing. I highly recommend this agency.
