grand mutual insurance, inc. is a scam. i tried to file a claim for a stolen laptop and they denied it, saying that it was not covered under my policy. i had been paying for the policy for over a year and they suddenly denied my claim. when i called to ask why, they were rude and unhelpful. i will never do business with them again.
