purchased 2016 *chevy* *traverse* nov 1, 2022. service has been excellent. chuck miles the salesman was great to work with, keeping us updated on the delivery status. in sept 2022 i traveled to germany and my touch screen went blank (no functionality). i took it to a local dealer there and they got me back on the road in about 2 hours, at their cost. i am so glad i purchased the extended warranty, which includes loaner car coverage. when i got back in country i contacted chuck who gave me an immediate appointment with service. they were able to fix the problem, which was not covered by the warranty. however, the total cost for the repair was less than 20% of the warranty cost. many thanks to chuck and the service dept for the great service.
