my husband and i have been with gilroy kernan and gilroy for over 20 years. we have been very happy with their service. they are always helpful and responsive. they have been there for us through thick and thin. we would highly recommend them to anyone.
horrible agency.. i have been trying to get a binder from gilroy kernan and gilroy incorporated since january 27th.. its now march 11th! i have called and called and emailed and emailed again and left messages. i now have been given the run around for 45 days and have had to get the department of insurance involved. i need a binder as soon as possible for my mortgage and i do not have the time to wait any longer. i do not recommend this agency!!!
one of the best experiences i've ever had with an insurance company. they were very helpful and patient with me, and they made sure that i understood everything. i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
