the gerber life insurance company is awful. i have been trying to cancel my policy since january 3, 2023, and i am still being charged. i have called customer service 3 times and have been hung up on each time. i have also emailed customer service and have not received a response. i am very frustrated with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
ever since i left my previous employer, i have been trying to get a refund for my life insurance policy with gerber life. i have spoken to customer service on several occasions, and they keep telling me that they will send me a refund check. however, i have yet to receive anything. it has been over a month since i canceled my policy, and i am starting to get frustrated. i am not sure what else to do at this point. i am considering contacting the bbb or filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner.
