having had a policies with freestone credit union for almost 8 years i would have to say that the service and customer support is absolutely horrible they are very misleading when it coms to getting a loan and are very rude and when you try and get ahold of them it can take up to 30 minutes to get a answer and even then all you get is attitued they need to retrain there employees in costumer service and customer sencitivty
