frantz insurance group, inc. did a superd job helping me resolve an insurance claim. i had made a claim through my home insurance policy for roof damage caused by a fallen tree limb. i spoke with several different adjusters including my own insurance company's adjuster and an adjuster from the mortgage company. the other adjusters were not very helpful at first and i was frustrated with the process. then i spoke with debra patterson at frantz insurance, and she was able to intercede on my behalf and facilitate a resolution within a week. debra is a great communicator and was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. i highly recommend frantz insurance group, inc. and would definitely use them again in the future.
