"terrible customer service. do not go to this insurance agency. i had an absolutely awful experience with them. first, they are very unprofessional and rude. i called to get a quote and the person who answered the phone was very dismissive and unhelpful. they also do not return calls or emails. i had to call them several times to get a quote and they never called me back. when i finally got a quote, it was much higher than i expected. i would not recommend this insurance agency to anyone."
