i am so dissatisfied with the service i received from filer insurance. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had any problems. however, recently i had a claim and the experience was a nightmare. the adjuster was rude and unhelpful, and i felt like i was being treated like a criminal. i will never do business with filer insurance again.
