i had to add more coverage on my house and car. ms. schlaudt was very helpful through the entire process. she took the time to explain everything and made sure i understood all of the changes we were making. she also helped me set up an umbrella policy and explained how that works. i am very happy with the service i have received from ms. schlaudt and fidelity benefits & insurance services l l l p. i would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an insurance company.
