my husband and i switched to exotic destinations and honeymoon co., inc. a year ago, and our experience with them has been amazing! the staff is always friendly and courteous, and they go out of their way to make sure that we have the coverage we need at a price we can afford. we highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs.
i tried calling to get a quote for a homeowners insurance and this young lady named paula was completely rude and had an attitude. when i explained that i had recently moved into a new town and did not know my exact address yet, she told me i could just call back later when i had it. when i asked her if she had any additional questions that she could ask me so that she could start the quote, she sighed and snapped at me, "no, what else could i possibly need?! your address is the most important thing." i am beyond frustrated with this company and will be taking my business elsewhere. i would give zero stars if i could.
