evolve federal credit union is the worst bank i have ever dealt with. i have had nothing but problems with them since i opened my account. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the fees are outrageous. i would not recommend this bank to anyone.

evolve federal credit union located at 8840 gazelle, el paso tx. on july 1, 2023 i went to this location to cash a check. after waiting in line for well over 30 minutes, the teller (who was extremely rude) informed me that they could not cash my check because it was not drawn on their bank. i explained to her that i had cashed checks there before, but she insisted that they had changed their policy. i asked to speak to a manager, but she told me that there was no manager on duty. i was so frustrated that i just left. i will never go back to this location again.
