i have been a customer of evans & hickman insurance agency for many years and have always been very happy with their service. they are always very friendly and helpful, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that i am getting the best possible coverage at the best possible price. i would highly recommend evans & hickman insurance agency to anyone looking for a great insurance company.
i was in an accident and it was the at fault driver's insurance that was handling everything. i only spoke with evans & hickman once and it was because i wanted to settle and get a rental. after that, i didn't hear from them again. i have been calling and leaving messages for two weeks trying to get a settlement and i have yet to hear back from them. i am very frustrated with the lack of communication and i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
