evans agency is a joke. i'll admit, the staff is pleasant and friendly, but that's only there to cover up the fact that they have no idea what they're doing. when i switched my auto insurance to them, they promised me a lower rate. what they didn't tell me was that they were dropping my coverage in half. when i called to complain, they said it was a "mistake" and wouldn't honor the original quote. i'm taking my business elsewhere.
this agency has been my go-to for all things insurance for longer than i care to admit. my auto policy, homeowners insurance, even life insurance, it's all taken care of here. the staff is amazing. whenever i call i am greeted warmly and all my questions are answered promptly and courteously. i highly recommend evans agency to anyone in search of an insurance agency that's professional yet friendly and aims to please.
