entitle insurance agency, llc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been with them for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a broken window and they have been nothing but difficult to work with. they have taken over a month to process my claim and have still not paid me. i have called and emailed them multiple times and have not gotten a response. i am very frustrated with their lack of customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.
