enrollment management services is the worst insurance company ever. my premiums have increased every year for the past three consecutive years. customer service is awful and seems like they just don't care about their customers. last year after being with the company for 10 years they raised my premium by 15% which would have made it $25 extra per month. i immediately called and was told by a customer service rep that the only way to lower it would be to drop my comprehensive and collision which is what i did. i went from paying $150 per month for full coverage to $122 per month for just liability. this year they have raised my premium again but this time it was by 30%. when i called to find out why they said that it was because of my age and my location. i am 56 years old and have been driving for 40 years without any accidents or tickets. i live in a small town in ohio. i am so frustrated with this company and i am actively looking for a new insurance company.
