i have had several title policies with eastland. we have refinanced our home on several occasions and each time eastland has resolved all issues quickly at closing. we recently purchased two lots in bell county and again eastland made sure that all issues were cleared before closing. as we are out of state, our closing was handled remotely and we did not have to travel for the signing. eastland made the transaction very easy for us.
