don r jensen & company located in oakbrook terrace il has not been the best insurance agency experience for me. i have been with this company for almost 2 years now and the only time i ever hear from them is when it is time to renew my policy. i have reached out to my agent multiple times with questions and have never gotten a response back. the only time i receive any communication is an email with a link to pay my bill. i also do not like the fact that i have to pay an additional fee to make a payment over the phone. i've been with other insurance companies in the past and have never had to pay a fee to make a payment. i understand that there may be fees for certain things, but i believe that making a payment should not be one of them.
