dmgl really offered great service in my unfortunate circumstances of dealing with an insurance claim. they kept me in the loop every step of the way and were always courteous and professional. thank you to the entire crew at dmgz loyalty insurance, you all made a bad situation easier to deal with.
i would never recommend anyone to this company. i called 8 times to try to cancel my policy and each time they promised it would be done. when i called the next day to confirm, my policy was still active. they are theives. i will be reporting them to the bbb.
