claims to be open 24/7 but not true. spoke to someone named zachary grant who treated me with disrespect and refused to file a claim unless i answered unnecessary questions.

they take their time completing their tasks. even after submitting my claim, dietz did not review my claim in its entirety. they denied my claim because they said i did not have collision coverage when i do. i had to call my insurance company to confirm and they did. the insurance company called them but they still wouldn't change their minds, even after i gave them the policy number and declaration page. they also denied my claim because i was parked when the accident occurred. i understand that part but it wasn't my fault that i got hit. the person that hit me said that he fell asleep at the wheel. i do not recommend using this insurance company. they will drag their feet and find any excuse not to pay you.

back in march, we were in an accident with a semi truck. our insurance company sent us to this place to get our car fixed. we were told that we would get a call back in 3 days to schedule a date and time for the repairs. since then, we have called everyday to check on the status of our car and have been transferred to different people every time. every time we think we are getting somewhere with someone, we are transferred to someone else who acts like we are the first people to call about this case and we have to start over again. we have been calling every business day for over 2 months and continue to be given the runaround from everyone we have spoken to. to date, we have still not received an update on the status of our car. this is definitely the worst customer service experience we have had thus far.
