very bad insurance. i would avoid at all costs. the few times i ever called for support, i felt like i was treated horribly. it was only when i finally gave up and got another insurance provider that i realized how awful dfa was. i would give zero stars if i could. you can find much better insurance elsewhere; don't waste your time here.
my vehicle was hit in february 2023. i immediately reported the claim to dfa insurance. dfa assigned me a claim number but told me to wait until the police report was available. when i provided them with the police report, i was told that my claim was being reviewed and to expect a call back. that was nearly a month ago. have called on multiple occasions but my call was never answered. i left several voice messages and no one has called me back. i am at my wits' end. my vehicle is still damaged and i have no way of getting it fixed.
