as a former employee of copperleaf capital, i was extremely disappointed by the way i was treated and the unethical practices i witnessed. the company creates a toxic work environment by fostering a culture of fear, distrust, and micromanagement. employees are constantly monitored, criticized, and made to feel like they are not good enough. the management team is unapproachable and does not provide any support or guidance. instead, they create a climate of hostility and intimidation. i witnessed firsthand how employees were unfairly targeted and treated poorly simply because they did not fit in with the company's culture.
