i am editing my review. i left a review of 2 stars based on not being able to get a response from anyone in the fort worth office, even though i called multiple times and left two voicemails. since then, trevor reached out to me and was amazing! he was attentive, answered my questions and followed up. i feel that he went above and beyond to help me. i have changed my review from 2 to 4 stars based on his exceptional service.
