computershare has terrible customer service. i have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month now and have not been able to speak to a live person. i have left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails and have not received a response. i am very frustrated with their lack of customer service.

although i've never had any problems with computershare as far as automatic investment plan dividend reinvestment, i have had problems with them on more than one occasion when i try to sell shares through them. my last attempt was to sell all of my shares of bbby which i had held for over a year. after two weeks i had to cancel the sale and resubmit it as it never went through. this time computershare claimed the sale went through but the funds are not in my account where they were supposed to be deposited. i called computershare and after being on hold for 45 minutes, they tell me the sale has not gone through and that the shares are still in my account. so i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that none were available and that i would receive a call back. that call never came. so the next day i called back, was on hold for another 45 minutes and was told the same exact thing. i again requested a call from a supervisor and was told they were not available. i will never use computershare again as a transfer agent. they are the worst.
