overall this is an amazing insurance office. i had a wonderful experience here, the agent explained everything and laid out all my options for coverage. i was very confused before i came here and now feel at ease, thank you very much!
very hard to work with. really poor communication. i had to call and email multiple times to get a simple change made and was lied to about when the change was made. only after i submitted a complaint did they actually get the change done - even though i was told it had already been done weeks ago. would not recommend to anyone.
