*they towed my vehicle for no reason. what type of insurance policy do you have? i have full coverage. oh we never send out tow trucks so someone else must have towed it, they said. i contacted the police and they came out and said it was from common cents credit union. i filed a police report. whoever released my vehicle to them in the first place needs to be fired as it was illegal. it's amazing how these big institutions continue to get away with this but i'm not going to let it slide. they are refusing to release my vehicle to me and keep changing their story. first they said it was a mistake, then they said i owed over 5k which i do not. now they are saying they can't get ahold of the manager who authorized it to be towed. i am sick and tired of these big companies bullying people. i have been with them for years and now they pull this illegal stunt. i am reporting them to the fdic immediately. do not trust these crooks.
