this is a poorly run company. we had several policies with this company through our financial advisor. we had a renter's policy with them until they told us they were no longer going to cover our rental property that we use for vacation rental. they gave us no notice until right before our policy renewed and when i asked why, they said "we just don't want to insure vacation rental properties". that's great that they have the right to choose what they want to insure but i'm not going to give them any more of my business. they also gave us a hard time when we had our home owners insurance with them. over the years they kept raising our rates and when i complained about it, nothing happened. we ended up dropping all of our policies with them and going elsewhere.
