unfortunately, i had a horrible experience attempting to resolve an issue with my auto insurance policy. after receiving a notice from my lienholder that my insurance had lapsed due to non-payment, i wasted an entire morning trying to obtain proof of insurance from john, my agent. i called and was on hold for over 15 minutes and was then transferred to an automated phone system. i left a voicemail requesting proof of insurance, left my email address, and also sent emails and text messages. it took over 3 hours for john to respond to my request, and this was only after i finally got someone on the phone and demanded to speak with a supervisor. i was assured that he would follow up with me immediately. however, it has been more than a week and i have yet to receive even an email response. this unacceptable level of customer service makes me question the validity of this insurance agency and whether or not they are capable of managing my insurance needs. i understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and complete disregard for my time and situation is unacceptable.
