challenger insurance group llc is a joke. we had a small fire in november of 2021. the adjuster came out and wrote up the claim. several months later, we still hadn't received any money so i called the adjuster to inquire. he told me that the claim was denied because we didn't have replacement cost coverage. i told him that i thought we did, but he insisted that we didn't. i then called my agent and she confirmed that we did have replacement cost coverage. i called the adjuster back and told him what my agent said. he then told me that he would have to speak to his manager and get back to me. i never heard back from him. i called again and left a message. again, no response. i finally got a hold of him and he told me that the claim was still denied. i asked him why and he said that it was because the fire was caused by an electrical issue. i told him that the fire was caused by a candle, but he insisted that it was caused by an electrical issue. i have been fighting with them for months and i am getting nowhere. i am so frustrated and angry.

i have been a customer of challenger insurance group for over 10 years and i have always been very satisfied with their service. i have never had a claim, but i have always felt confident that if i did, they would take care of me. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to go the extra mile. i would highly recommend challenger insurance group to anyone looking for an insurance company.
