i have the most recent homeowners insurance policy with cerity services, inc. and dealing with customer service has been a pain. they increase my premium every year and when i called to inquire the reason why, i was given different reasons. i think they are taking advantage of my loyalty and i am not sure if i want to renew my policy with them.
