after having been with this insurance provider for about 2 years, and hitting some snags along the way, including a claim taking almost a year to resolve, i am seriously considering changing companies once my current policy expires. i would say a few of the pros of working with this company is that the automated system is very user friendly and the billing statement is very clear. it is also easy to access all documents you need online, such as your id card and policy details. unfortunately, the pros are outweighed by my cons. aside from the claim taking an extensive amount of time to resolve and receiving the run around from anyone i spoke with, the customer service is lacking, especially via phone. i have been hung up on, literally, 3 times. i have escalated issues to supervisors, and have not been called back. my calls have been dropped, and i have been transferred to incorrect departments. i had to resort to calling the corporate office to get my problem resolved.
had a great experience with joe when i called in with a question about my auto insurance. he was very friendly and helpful, and he answered all of my questions. i would definitely recommend this insurance company to others.
