"Cecilius J Sheffield Agency is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had a good experience. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and they never seem to know what they are doing. I have been overcharged on my premiums several times, and when I try to get it corrected, I am met with resistance. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
