"i would not recommend this place. i have been a customer of this insurance company for over 25 years. i have always been happy with the service until now. i recently had my car stolen. i called my insurance company to report the theft. the customer service representative was very rude and unhelpful. they told me that i had to file a police report before i could file a claim. i was very upset because i had already filed a police report. i called back to speak to a supervisor. the supervisor was just as rude and unhelpful. they told me that there was nothing they could do. i am very disappointed with the way i have been treated by this insurance company."
