brown & brown insurance brokers of sacramento, inc. is one of the worst insurance companies i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a good experience. the customer service is terrible, the rates are outrageous, and the coverage is inadequate. i have had to file several claims over the years, and each time it has been a nightmare. the claims process is slow and inefficient, and the adjusters are rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
