brazos star credit union really surprised me with their exceptional customer service i received from ****** ******* she was extremely helpful from the moment i walked in the door until the time i left i had no idea what to expect since i had never been a member before based on my experience i am seriously considering opening an account since i felt welcomed by ******* at that location i also noticed she was very professional and knowledgeable she was patient with me and answered all the questions in a manner that i could understand i was very impressed and i hope that she will continue to provide great service to customers
brazos star credit union is conveniently located in college station and offers a wide range of financial services for both individuals and businesses the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help out their customers i have been a customer for over ten years and have never had any problems with their service
i have been with brazos star credit union for the last couple of years i have never been disappointed with their service the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers this is the only credit union that i will ever deal with
