i had a great experience with biz e insurance brokers, llc. the agent i spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. he answered all of my questions and helped me find the best policy for my needs.
i was very disappointed with the customer service i received from biz e insurance brokers, llc. i called to get a quote on homeowners insurance and the agent i spoke to was very rude and dismissive. he seemed to be in a hurry to get me off the phone and didn't seem interested in answering my questions.
