as a current customer for almost 20 years, am very pleased with the service we get from baraboo. they have always been responsive when we have had to make a claim. the rates are competitive and their online services are easy to use.
went to review my renters policy and renew. i was immediately put off by the barrage of upsells and side pitches. my rate had increased, but i expected that due to inflation, until she mentioned i could save $150 per month by switching my auto insurance with them. not interested. she then proceeded to pitch me on renters insurance in case my dog bites someone. i don't have a dog. "well, you might get a dog". ok, so we wasted each other's time. and your attempt to upsell me on every possible product was offensive.
