friendly staff. worst coverage possible. you'll be better off going with companies like progressive or geico. i'm currently trying to cancel my policy with axis insurance for being overcharged and lied to by the agent. now i'm dealing with even worse customer service as i'm trying to cancel my policy.

i can not believe this company! i signed up with this company for 6 months. i not only had all the coverage's one needs & expects but had to pay a little bit more than the big guys. after 5 months i got a non-renewal notice because as they say i have had too many accidents & they can no longer cover me. i realize i did have 3 at-fault accidents within the last 5 years but i have been accident free since the last one and was hoping to give me the opportunity to clear my record. i guess they just want the perfect record drivers but when you need them they are not there.
