in 2017 we had a water damage claim. during this very stressful time austin-h, inc was so helpful. they guided us through the entire process from start to finish, answering all our questions and putting our minds at ease. they were responsive and professional and we always felt like we were in good hands. we just had some water leak damage occur in our home and carrie and the team at austin-h, inc did not disappoint. they were responsive, caring and helpful. i would highly recommend them.
