assurance one insurance is a complete joke! i purchased a policy with them and within 5 months, my rates doubled! i called to inquire about the matter and the agent was extremely rude and condescending. when i asked to speak to a supervisor, i was put on hold for over 30 minutes. i will never do business with this company again.
