aon risk services southwest inc. didn't help me at all with my insurance claim. they made the process unnecessarily difficult and dragged their feet throughout the entire ordeal. ultimately, they did not provide me with the coverage i was entitled to. avoid this agency at all costs. their only concern is collecting premiums, not helping their clients. they also have very poor customer service.
