ameristar, inc. don't seem to like working. procrastinating on my claim for months and have not paid a claim in 10 months. i have called numerous times and have had to contact the department of insurance to get them to do their job. poor customer service. don't return. calls and emails are not answered. this is the worst insurance company i have ever had to deal with. i have been with them for over 20 years and they have gone down hill. i am switching insurance companies.
