very disappointed with my experience with american road services company llc. i had a roadside assistance policy with them and when i needed to use it, they were nowhere to be found. i called the number on my card and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. when i finally got through to someone, they told me that they couldn't help me because i was out of their service area. i was stranded on the side of the road for over an hour before i was finally able to get help from another company.
