american payroll administrative services is by far the worst payroll company i have ever had. they lost my employee's w2s for 2020 and when i finally got them back in november, this year, they were incorrect. because of this, i have had to spend countless hours fixing american payroll's mistakes. in addition, their customer service is terrible. i have been on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions and when i finally get through, the representatives are rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
